Challenge
FreeWire Technologies approached Curious Ant with an urgent need: produce a five-minute video in just 12 days to captivate investors and highlight their revolutionary electrical vehicle (EV) charger. This charger, featuring an integrated battery system, was unlike anything on the market, requiring clear and compelling communication to an audience unfamiliar with the technology. The project involved filming four executives, incorporating existing footage, and creating product renderings and animations from scratch—all without a prepared script and with only one available day for filming.
Goal
We moved fast. Really fast. First, we pulled together our A-team of production experts and crafted talking points that would make even complex tech sound simple. With just one day to film four executives, there was no room for error - and we delivered. In post-production, we created custom product renderings and animations to visually explain the technology and its significance. We also integrated stock footage and installation clips provided by the client, which were not professionally captured, enhancing them to maintain a cohesive visual narrative. Careful audio editing ensured a professional and consistent sound throughout. The final video strategically connected FreeWire's technology to real-world infrastructure challenges, emphasizing their leadership in grid modernization and energy management.
